The hotel is located 24 km away from Dijon, capital city of Burgundy, in the beautiful medieval village of Bèze. Discover our hotel on the small island "Belle Isle en Bèze" between two arms of the river and its "Table des Chevaliers"(The Knights Table). Enter a magic world of flavours. Mrs Boudot will make you share her love for French cuisine. Fricassee of Burgundy snails with basil, puffed salmon with pickled leeks, young stack with pleurotes mushrooms, soufflé of pikeperch fillet with saffron, veal fillet cooked with morels, deep fry paned tournedos, crusty lamb with thyme; these are some of the dishes served in the restaurant according to the season. The room rate includes breakfast and a gourmet dinner.

Half board is included in the room rate.
